In my tenure at Velocity Clinical Research, I developed and implemented a suite of marketing automation tools designed to measure profitability and optimize both marketing and operational efficiencies. To improve performance visibility, I established lead tracking methods and spearheaded the creation of an internal ROI and ROAS Dashboard. This dashboard centralized campaign performance data, enabling real-time analysis of return on investment and ad spend across various marketing channels.
As a result, the organization achieved over 200K leads and 1.5M website visits annually, directly supporting patient enrollment initiatives and enhancing the overall user experience. By providing actionable insights, the dashboards empowered leadership to make data-driven decisions, allocate resources effectively, and maximize marketing impact.
