Leading the marketing website rebuild, I spearheaded the initiative to complete the bulk of the build alongside a team of five in just 24 hours during Proxibid's annual ShipIt Day (modeled after Atlassian’s). This fast-paced, collaborative effort required meticulous preparation, including coordinating internal resources, developing a clear project plan, and ensuring all content was optimized and ready for deployment. The result was a site that aligned seamlessly with Proxibid's brand identity, met key functionality requirements, and delivered an improved user experience. This project showcased our team's ability to execute under tight timelines while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
